Continuing Education for Dive Professionals
I assisted production on set at two different filming locations for the 2026 E-Learning Course. In this 40-page script, a student's ear injury leads to a dive instructor liability deposition. The story was brought to life by professional actors and an incredible production crew who thoughtfully translated a complex risk management scenario into an authentic and engaging on-screen experience.
Throughout the two weeks, I captured b-roll footage and photo stills for DAN's social media, coordinated crew lunches, and supported on-set logistics (including a memorable Walmart run for a cart full of fake greenery🌳). Being part of the production team gave me a firsthand look at how much intention goes into translating dive safety education into visual storytelling. Every detail — from crafting prop binders and incident reports to setting the scene at Fantasy Lake — reinforced the importance of documentation and instructor decision-making.
